Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Stitchopia Land.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the “Return Conditions” specified below.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return:
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Conditions
A. Item(s) are sent back within the stated return window.
B. Item(s) returned must be in the original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition (saleable condition is the exact state in which you received your items).
C. Buyers are responsible for the return-shipping cost.

- Order reference number
- Your address
- Email address

- Date of purchase
- Date the goods were received by you
You will receive a response within 24 hours with further instructions to complete your return.
Refund Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to be deposited.
To assure a prompt refund, please remember to provide the return-tracking number to the customer-support representative assisting with your return.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 24 hours after the order is placed. To exercise this right, email support@stitchopialand.shop with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your message before the 24-hour period has expired.
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance at support@stitchopialand.shop.
Exchanges
We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request and place a new order for the desired item.
